Audi R8（Type 42）是德国汽车制造商Audi开发并制造的第一代R8跑车。该车型于2003年以概念形式提出，并于2006年6月投入生产。Type 42基于Lamborghini Gallardo打造，共享其底盘和发动机。Audi的母公司大众集团同样拥有Lamborghini，两款车型共享部件主要是为了节省开发成本。Type 42的生产于2015年8月结束，此前基于全新平台的Type 4S在2015年日内瓦车展上亮相。
