MTA Regional Bus Operations (RBO) 是纽约市大都会运输署的巴士运营部门。MTA 在纽约市范围内运营本地、高峰、大站快线、快速以及 Select Bus Service（快速公交系统）服务，构成了该市交通系统的关键组成部分。该系统拥有超过5,000辆巴士的车队，是全美最大的车队，其超过300条线路中有许多提供全天候24/7服务。

MTA Regional Bus Operations 于2008年成立，旨在整合MTA的巴士运营业务，该业务目前由两家运营公司组成。MTA New York City Bus 在全市范围内运营，其起源可追溯至1919年纽约市首个市政巴士服务。MTA Bus 主要在皇后区运营，成立于2006年，接管了7家私营巴士公司。这两家运营公司拥有不同的行政管理和历史背景，但它们作为一个统一的巴士系统运作，拥有统一的排班、票价和客户服务。
