Mercedes-Benz W 108 和 W 109 是 Mercedes-Benz 于 1965 年至 1972 年间生产的豪华轿车。它们接替了 W 111 和 W 112 "fintail"(德语:"Heckflosse")轿车,并在推出时被制造商定位为新创的 "Upper Middle Class" 系列。这些汽车在西德以及包括北美和东南亚在内的出口市场取得了成功。在七年的生产期间,总共制造了 383,072 辆。
